You can place and order directly via the website, PayPal is the checkout but you can always continue as guest and just pay by debit/credit card, you do not need to have a PayPal account to place an order.

You can also place orders over the phone by calling our customer service line and asking to speak to a sales agent. All phone orders payment must be taken in full on the phone either via MOTO/Phone payment with debit/credit card or via secure payment link which can be sent via text or email. 

All pay by link orders if not complete whilst on the phone need to have been paid for with confirmation email being received your end saying your payment has been received.
